Review on Duxtop E200A Portable Induction Cooktop - High-End Full Glass Sensor Touch Burner, 1800W Countertop with Stainless Steel Housing by Matt Wigfall

This is my first induction hob. I bought it mainly to follow the One Pot One Shot (OPOS) cooking method. Now I cook in this and my Instant Pot most of the time. I rarely use a 4 burner electric stove. That's enough for all culinary needs. It has a great timer function that you can heat up for just a few minutes. The temperature range is handy - you can set it to a very low temperature like I use for boiling milk in the morning rush so the milk boils without spilling, or keep it very hot for faster cooking. It's also easy to clean. I just need more cookware that is compatible with the induction hob (pots and pans with a magnetic base for cooking). So far, so good. I can't say anything about the durability of the product as I've only been using it for a few days.
