I'm 6ft 1in, about 195 so I ordered a large tall one. I was glad I did. When I first opened them I thought I ordered a large XL because they looked very large and were a bit long. So I washed them and as you can see from the photos they have shrunk. The inseam before washing was about 34 inches. After washing, the inseam was about 32 inches. I'm glad I got high. They also fit much better after washing. As others have said they are lightweight and have a bit of stretch. They are much lighter than your winter flannel. casual pants. For $10 I think these are great summer sleep pants. I can get another pair.
