Review on SRAM Eagle 12 Speed Derailleur Black by James Hardy

After a few unsuccessful attempts to get it to work properly (direct replacement for a bent one of the same model) I took it to the bike shop twice to have it adjusted. After the second time, the shop confirmed to SRAM that it was a mistaken launch of the NX switches and that this was one of them. I've run out of the $95 I paid for the derailleur because SRAM doesn't give a warranty from Amazon, and of the $50+ I pay the bike shop and still don't have a working bike. If the Amazon seller fixes this and sends a new one I would change the review but Amazon doesn't give me a way to contact them directly.
