It's a shame for a top brand as SRAM put such an inferior product on the market. This is the second SRAM switch with the same problem: it mixes up and then falls apart. This is not a product for a real MT bike.

The derailleur itself works great and is well built, but given the slight difference you might choose to go with the GX Eagle I'd say it's better to go with it stay. The only thing I didn't like was the seller and the fact that there were no accompaniments or peanuts in the kit to protect the goods.

This came on Giant Trance 2 After setting it right I think this is a good switch. I did the following at 250 miles, should have done it much sooner. , turn the barrel adjuster on the rods (facing the lever from the cable) clockwise a few turns and check carefully. On the switch itself, I changed the low control (the FURTHER one away from the cable): 1/2 turn clockwise

After a few unsuccessful attempts to get it to work properly (direct replacement for a bent one of the same model) I took it to the bike shop twice to have it adjusted. After the second time, the shop confirmed to SRAM that it was a mistaken launch of the NX switches and that this was one of them. I've run out of the $95 I paid for the derailleur because SRAM doesn't give a warranty from Amazon, and of the $50+ I pay the bike shop and still don't have a working bike. If the Amazon seller fixes…
