Took me hours to get this working with the computer interface. Then I realized that the features I wanted weren't included in the service I signed up for. I should have upgraded, but no, I can't, even though it says so. So I bit the bullet and paid another $40 a year to get a new maintenance program. Then I tried to update them. Download new drivers and software. Then I tried to update. No, it won't work. Tried on another computer. nope The guide requires a college degree in computer science, plus. Because I have a degree and computer science and can't get it to work. Now I've spent more time updating my watch than playing golf. I give up. The software for this watch does not work. If you buy this, make sure you allow yourself enough time for the frustrating effort of making it work - if you can. Now I have to spend hours trying to get a refund!
