My old Nespresso had a broken motor and I wasn't sure I needed a new one as I drink a lot of espresso and it gets expensive. So I think it's great that it has the ability to use its own loops. So far I've only tried the pod, and while I realized before I bought it that I'd have to pull out each pod, I didn't realize the nozzle would hold up and spread so much water all over the place. I can't seem to find a way to grab it without making a giant mess. Also, I am so annoyed that every model puts a water tank on the back as running it without water will cause the motor to fail. Clumsy design and cheap materials, but it's versatile and doesn't burn my cases like the old one.
