I have pekingese with short noses that can overheat in the summer. I had a fan that my new pup found and chewed on the string. I freaked out, and of course Revane had it. I plug it in, attach an elastic cord between the headrests, and hang the fan on the cord. I get shoved back in the back seat and they stay cool. I don't leave dogs unattended in case the fan goes off. But that fan and air conditioning work great together to keep the dogs cool in the miserably hot California sun.
