I thought I had seen this before but I don't seem to. I mainly use it to transport kayaks. I like the fact that I can put it in the stowed position when I'm not using it. It is really easy and quick to put in when needed and just as easy to close again. It's a little wobbly, wobbly, and not as "hard" as my old ladder frame. However, I didn't feel like I needed to worry with my kayaks attached to it. I'm happy with how it looks when stored. When I upgrade my caravan to a fifth wheel toy tractor, one concern is whether I will have enough clearance between the bed rails and the fifth wheel trailer. My plan is if it works to transport the kayaks in a toy tractor and when we get to camp we can extend the ladder stand to load the kayaks so they can go on the water. But so far it's not a problem and I really like this rack! Edit to add a photo
