My email notification suddenly stopped working after almost a year without any problems. The setting has been checked and remains as described in the instructions. Spent an hour troubleshooting the firmware. Finally, I called 713-893-8956 and asked for help from Gary, who spoke with a slight Indian accent. I gave him access to my computer using the Amcrest.com Remote app. He tried my settings first. Still failing email tests. He then changed the port and encryption type from 465/SSL to 587/TLS. Functional again immediately! The technical support is incredible and painless. *****
