I was so happy to buy this because our Xbox storage has been full for months now. It's easy to install, mostly by itself, and supports many games. We were so glad we found the solution to the small Xbox storage. Then, exactly a month after we installed it, it stopped working completely. Xbox wouldn't recognize it, and neither would our computers. It continued to blink red instead of the usual purple. The company was great at letting us return the broken unit and send a replacement, but the replacement didn't work either. However, they were unable to tell us why it was flashing red or help us troubleshoot any reason. We've checked and tested everything (cables, connection, etc.), made sure it doesn't get hot, and turned it off when not in use. Luckily they let us return a second one for a full refund. We are so frustrated because this is a common problem with many external hard drives and we were hoping to find one that works perfectly. Huge crap.
