Bought this CD for my 14 year old grandson. I gave him the package and then watched him go through the instructions and complete the connection and installation with no difficulty. It was flawless. Worked great and solved the game's memory issues.

Just bought a third one. Bought the first 2 years ago for my One S. Then I bought one for One X. This is for PS4 Pro. GREAT product out of the box, uptime, and FOUR TB for less than $100! Terrific.

For external hard drives, everything works as expected. 4TB of storage is awesome, I have over 100 games installed and still have some free storage. I only give 3 stars because of the volume. This doesn't usually bother me as I usually go to bed with music, but if you don't, brace yourself for annoying noises all night or turn them off and see all the updates you need when you're awake are.

I was so happy to buy this because our Xbox storage has been full for months now. It's easy to install, mostly by itself, and supports many games. We were so glad we found the solution to the small Xbox storage. Then, exactly a month after we installed it, it stopped working completely. Originally bought for my Xbox One S, then reformatted and used for my PS4 Pro after a console swap. It worked great on both consoles with no major issues while using it. It was a bit easier to set up on my PS4 than my Xbox, although I'm not sure if that was just my personal experience.
