I cannot praise this product and the service from this company enough. I was very afraid to install a 50" TV above the fireplace (level, the right height, etc.). The last time I installed a TV was 10 years ago. I ordered this VLT6 box on purpose because the TV is an older model and weighs quite a bit (150 lbs. Although it costs a little more than some comparable products, the competition didn't have the weight capacity. The box arrived on time and upon opening found I packaged it very thoughtfully with all the small parts and brackets in a removable hard cardboard tray with a wall bracket underneath.All the hardware needed to mount the unit was fully included and the instruction manual was very clear on what tools to use for each of the 3 supported mounting surfaces are needed. (wooden stand, metal stand and concrete block).The instructions on how to assemble the TV brackets and wall mount were very clear.Your website provides an assembly tool - I can't thank you enough for that!You provide the make and model of your TV, where the brackets are mounted in relation to the TV, how high the TV is above Above ground level – the app then calculates and displays how high above ground level you need to drill and soil holes. for mounting. For me it was worth the extra cost of the product - I could spend a lot of time measuring and calculating where to place the holes and probably be wrong a couple of times. The app got me exactly where I wanted to be. Assembly was easy, just lift, hang and bolt the base. Next time I need a mount I will go with Sanus and recommend it to anyone who asks.
