Review on Victorinox Swiss Classic 4 Piece Utility by Amanda Quinn

Victorinox is a great brand, there are a lot of their knives out there. I tried this set when I needed new steak knives to use for everyday cleaning and cutting knives to throw in the cutlery divider. I'm sooooo glad I bought 8 more Christmas gift sets this year. I like the colors very much, I also bought a set in white. They are light, sharp and the grip is textured making them easier to hold when in use when wet/juicy/greasy. You just can't go wrong buying them, no need to babysit them as once they're placed on the knife rack they go in the dishwasher. I love this product. I have been cooking for over 50 years and good knives and good pots are essential.
