The 3 side intake fans have dust filters on the *exhaust* side INSIDE the case behind the fans. To do this, you need to open the case, then remove the fans, and then remove the dust filters behind the fans. The filters are also screwed onto the fans. This creates several problems. 1) a common PITA for unscrewing and removing everything to clean the filters 2) because the filters are on the exhaust side of the fan, i.e. the fans force air through the filters. , Dust collects on the fans and the bearings themselves, partially defeating the purpose of the filters. Other Silverstone cases and virtually all other cases have filters on the fan inlet side and are usually more accessible and do not require removal. 3) There is no way to move the filter in front of the fans on their intake side. While it's still in the case and needs to be removed, it at least keeps dust from building up on the fans. However, this is not possible due to the combined thickness and length of the screws. 4) They absolutely must be suction and not exhaust fans, otherwise using them as exhaust fans will allow the filters to be removed. But the case has no other intake vents and needs forced airflow on the sides. So I only recommend this case if you don't need dust filters. But I can't do that in my environment.
