Impressions from the purchase are good, buy.

There's a weird plopping noise coming from the speakers. The prevalence of lead drums in popular music serves to highlight this effect. I can't say this is a major flaw, but my. uh. ears tell me it is. The boy's iPhone's screen and speaker caused me some distress because I had been accustomed to expecting flawless performance from my device. And yet, even after all these time, it's still a really neat gadget.

Pros
  • Quick. A camera is a weapon. My phone's night vision is superior to my own (I hope this is a compliment to the phone, and not a stone in the direction of my vision). Really satisfying stability. The most important aspect is its size. Personal preference: Face ID. Unfortunately, you have to drop the mask to your nose. Whoa, that's impressive.
Cons
  • Screen. Sure, color accuracy is good, but there are two bothersome drawbacks: if your iPhone gets too hot, the brightness automatically decreases to half, and there's no way to reverse this. Overheat-protection style. Funny enough, this wasn't the case even with the classic SE. Second, the oled screen flickers when the brightness is turned down. It's not as pronounced as on their Androyd equivalents, but it still bothers me.
