This case worked very well. Now I can take my scanner with me anywhere! Well, unlike on a boat, you know, it can be a stretch. The case is of very good quality. Tough enough to withstand drops and bumps, and soft enough inside to protect the delicate scanner. Definitely recommend it to everyone unless they use it in harsh environments. The zipper has very fine teeth and seems to seal off the dust well, but I'm sure the desert dust somehow gets in there. I am very surprised at the quality, although yes I will say so, made in China. Very happy with the product.
