Good thermometer, easy to read

The thermometer works great, I use it in my jar/steamer when making candles and am happy with it. The clamp to hold it in the pot is a little flimsy and because this thermometer is so heavy it doesn't always hold it so it stays in the liquid I'm trying to measure, but I found a way to fix it evade.
