This shelf and the description written for it is completely misleading. I bought this for my daughter's room to hang under the TV for PS3 and Xbox 360. The shelf is NOT deep enough for either system, despite the fact that no cables were attached to the back of the consoles and they were pressed firmly against the back of the shelf. This suggests that it is suitable for PS4. Well I'm sure they would all work if they stood sideways on their ends, but it's not a smart idea at all without a stand to put the console on. Which also doesn't fit on the shelf. Even my PS4 doesn't fit and it's just a thin version. The shelf itself seems pretty solid (we mounted it directly into a shelf in the wall). The glass is relatively thick, it doesn't seem to break very easily, but it's not very practical for what it's supposed to be. Next time I'll make sure I measure everything I'm going to put on the shelf before buying more shelves. Extremely disappointed.
