I bought the UD18 and was happy to use it. The first thing I found was that the application needed to work over the phone was not mentioned anywhere. After searching I found it on "Mediafire" website. The app is not available in the Play Store. The app requires you to create an account - not a sweet spot. But they ask for too much personal information, including your SSN. I declined and removed it. Be careful ! You don't need all this information.
