I bought this set for general exercise as it is lighter than weights and takes up less space. Came packaged in a resealable bag with ties. Really easy to fit back into a storage bag. The instructions were very well done in real English and German which was a very pleasant surprise. So I broke it and used it. It's color coded so you can select the resistor you want. The handles are covered with sponge rubber for a good and comfortable grip, not slippery. The handles are attached with small carabiners, so you can easily and quickly change different straps. I love how versatile they are as you can attach to different things and train different muscles in different ways. In general it's worth the money for this price.
