I used these tapes to rehabilitate my shoulder after a rotator repair as part of my home exercise program. My physical therapist helped me recommend additional exercises as there are very few on the insert card. You can easily take them anywhere - to work, on trips. I just take one of the bands with me when I travel overnight and I can train anywhere! As strength increases, simply increase the band or start combining bands - no need to buy many sets of dumbbells - save space and money.
