This is a great set of luggage! The only complaint I have is that one bag got pretty close to being at capacity, and the zipper split. I was able to easily fix it, shuffle some things around, and get it to close nicely. The larger 2 had rips on the outside after we landed, but I am not one to get upset over something like that. The handles also get stuck if they have been extended for a short amount of time. They will eventually retract, just like the seatbelt in a car that is trying to strangle you. Or the Devil's Snare, just listen to Hermione and relax to make it work.I'm just trying to be honest you invisible internet trolls. I know no one will believe it wasn't overpacked since this is the internet. Cest la vie! I like this luggage set and will continue to use it for as long as it holds together.
