No chemicals required - just water and that's it. They dry very quickly and I recommend pre-washing them in the sink before first use. They come in one of those airbags and they're so soft. I will use most for cleansing and some for face and body. Perfect size to get into small spaces. Just like half a sheet of kitchen paper.
