Review on 🔊 Harman Kardon HKTS-15 5.1 High-Performance Home Theater Speaker System (Black Gloss), Discontinued Model by Jason Hayes

It was a great system to start with. Great speakers, great subwoofer, very easy to connect to my receiver. However, my subwoofer failed 2 months after purchase. I had to go to one of the Harman Kardon Authorized Repair Centers to have it fixed. It's been almost 4 months and I still haven't received my subwoofer. Your service is just terrible. By far the most painful support reps I have ever dealt with. Between the repair center and their support team, nobody knows what's wrong or what's going on. No one can give me a straight answer and I'm on the verge of asking for a full refund.
