As someone who places a high value on a hassle-free digital purchasing experience, I was recently let down by NEWSOUL's web shop. They may have high-quality products, but their website and customer service are dreadful. I had a hard time navigating their site and finding the items I was looking for at first. The website was difficult to use because it was slow to load and the product descriptions were inadequate. Finally making it to the cart and checkout page, I ran into a number of problems. I had a hard time figuring out how to pay, as the checkout process was complicated and unclear. My order took a lot longer to arrive than I had anticipated because of how long it took to ship. When one of my orders arrived broken, I had a hard time getting in touch with NEWSOUL's support staff. It took several weeks to fix the issue because of their delayed and unhelpful responses. Overall, NEWSOUL's online store and customer service left a much to be desired, despite the fact that they sell high-quality devices and accessories. Until they enhance the quality of their website and customer service, I would not advise making purchases from their online store.
