I like this back brace or belt, to me it is comfortable to wear, gives good back support and helps with my back pain. I wear size 34 pants and ordered this in Medium and in large. This Medium size fits well but I prefer the large, this is a personal preference that does not detract from the value of this brace and is not a recommendation to buy a size up. I actually found it to be correct to size. It is breathable material that helps dissipate the body temperature in the summer. It is light weight and a bit elastic so it does not restrict movement as much, while at the same time giving the back the support it needs. It is reasonably priced.
