We have VERY aggressive drivers who unfortunately don't care about the San Francisco driving rules. I've been hit by cars twice even after making eye contact but I think I'm seeing through or I'm a ghost! Y/c! Just a bunch of inattentive people behind the wheel. Luckily, this product helped TON. I can tell the drivers slow down about half a block because they see us. I used to cross the street and still have to be careful to wave at people because people are passing the stops. I'm still very cautious and don't expect them to stop, but I feel a lot better when I take my dog for an evening walk. The only thing is that it seems sensitive when I turn it on. It's not tight. It's very loose but when I turn on the light I don't know if she is photosensitive in the collar? Anyway, I haven't noticed any harmful effects from the collar. Easy to set up and I love that I don't have to buy batteries! I haven't had to charge it since I bought it! Update (08/16/19): My husky is no longer bothered by neck lights. I think she understands it won't hurt her and it helps that I give her some little treats before and after I put it on so she has paw association 🐾-sitive (I know I'm cheesy, lol!) with a collar. It still works great. I take it off when I let her run around the park and she makes a mate when the days get dark earlier in the fall/winter. Also, I only charge it when I notice the light getting dim, but that's really cool. Cars weren't hit anymore 🚗 that's a good thing.
