This device is known as Littersweep Ultra or Petmate Litter RoundUp One Touch. We bought it after our horrific experience with the LitterMaid LM500 and realized there was nothing worse than LitterMaid. We were wrong :) The idea with this is pretty good. The "basket" unit spins in a circle, and the hand just stops and collects lumps. At the end, the arm then only has to be rotated 90 degrees to empty the items into the waiting container. In fact, you can just put plastic bags in this bin, so you don't even have to buy "their bins" or anything like that. It seemed like the perfect idea. However, it was actually a nightmare. The teeth became very uncomfortable very quickly, all clogged with material. I had to constantly clean them. The teeth were stuck and did not move fully forward or backward. The gray "ring" around the top of the trash can is knocked over by the cats. Cats have to jump on and off the litter box lid to get in and out of the litter box and the litter gets EVERYWHERE. It was a huge mess and stopped working pretty quickly. Looking at Revain, the reviews on this device are just terrible. Almost everyone seems to hate him. Definitely avoid it. Luckily, through trial and error, we finally found a solution that worked for us!
