I was optimistic about The Children's Place (CPBPJ) Boys' Puffer Jacket, but unfortunately it fell short of my expectations. Let's talk about the pear color first - it's a great color for hiding dirt and blemishes, but unfortunately it doesn't go well with my son's complexion. However, this is a small detail that can be overlooked. CPBPJ claims an XXL size for ages 16+, but it's safe to say it won't fit Bigfoot unless someone tries to stuff him in a sardine can. The size was a little off and it wasn't as warm as I was hoping. But on the other hand, it warmed my son's upper body, but not in extremely cold temperatures. The quality of the jacket seems excellent but I have a feeling we will need to replace it after wearing it this season. Overall the Children's Place Boys' Puffer Jacket gets a solid 3 stars out of 5, but if your child is smaller this could definitely be a good buy.
