ATTENTION! If you're a subscriber and paying a monthly fee you'll probably be fine, but if, like me, you're determined not to subscribe and instead use a flash drive to back up your clips, then you might do it to be in trouble. Today was the day my "free trial period" of their cloud storage expired, which was fine with me as I intended to use the local storage method and avoid the monthly fees. After three months of flawless operation of my system, I only get an error code (HTTP 406) after the free trial expires today and my system has completely failed. After trying everything I could think of to reboot my system and none of my attempts were successful, I called their technical department. They made me repeat some of the exercises I had already tried and they made me download a special app to test my system and as a result they couldn't help me. They emailed me charts and metrics of my throughput, ping reports etc. which they offered to share with my ISP to see if they could help me (iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii since my ISP support solves my problem) . Aside from ignoring Blink's (Revane) constant daily countdown reminder that my "free trial" is X days away, nothing has changed in my WiFi and Internet usage over the past three months, except that my free Trial has expired and I have not willing to pay the monthly fee. So, I currently have five paperweights attached to my house, and unless they suddenly and soon come back online and free up my local storage, reviews like this will become a daily habit. (I also have several KUNA outdoor cameras and highly recommend them!).
