I received the car radio in excellent condition. Installation was easy. The rear camera worked very well for several days. After about a week I noticed a camera lag of about 8-10 seconds. I have to sit and wait and then it comes up with a slightly blurry screen (looks better at night). I'm sure everything is properly connected, everything is properly grounded. Maybe I missed something. In bright sunlight, the image on the screen is poor. The sound is good, the remote control works perfectly. To say that I am simply dissatisfied with the product would be a mistake, but I expected a little more performance from the rear camera. When I shift from reverse to drive, the radio turns on and stays on even though I turned everything off. I would give 4 or 5 stars if indicated that I installed the device incorrectly, or that I completely misunderstood the instructions, or that my expectations far exceeded the capabilities of the device. Car radio compatible with iPhone and Android. The rear camera is crystal clear, the sound is awesome, the controls are easy to use. Huge improvement. I appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely shop with them again. Thank you Sarah
