A value added product that absorbs cooking oil
Love the fact that the pans are a handy size - they worked well in my desktop pastry oven. The pan actually absorbed the fat as it cooked, saving me from having to place my cooked food on a paper towel to drain the water. Once the pan has cooled, I throw it in the trash and it almost doesn't smell anymore.
