Massage knots got stuck on the inner fabric, causing the fabric to wrap around the knots and 2 turns have broken out. I discovered this after opening the cover (which was under the flap that I had to cut open to get to the zipper handle), unwrapped the cloth and zipping it back shut - after that the massager seemed to work but the zipper did came . Now I can never take the cap off again, otherwise I can't put it back on. Before that I had a NekTech massager that worked for several years before it stopped. This one only lasted a few months and now that the bobbins have fallen out I'm worried there might be a fire hazard! Loved the NekTech products very much but unfortunately won't be buying them again after this one.
