Disappointed! There are much better hooks (see my alternative recommendation at the end). It seems they will be nice and comfortable, but they weren't for me. The grips weren't "soft" like they said. I wouldn't call them "ergonomic". They were just uncomfortable. The white one is made of hard plastic and the colored one is made of rough rubber with lots of rough ribs that are very annoying because they rub against your fingers when knitting. That surprised me. The metal on the hooks is not as smooth as the other hooks I have. Therefore, these hooks do not slide through the yarn very well. The metal does NOT go all the way through the handle so they are more prone to breakage. What worries me most about what is NOT shown in their product photos is that half of them have an extra bevel on the metal shaft. makes it bigger than it should be (see my photos). This made crocheting much more difficult. They claim these are "longer" hooks but that is NOT due to the bevel which increases the size of the hook too quickly making that "extra length" useless if you want even tension in your work. write home. The hooks go in but barely and easily snag in the lining of the suitcase. The little scissors were pretty tough. In the photo, all stitch markers are different colors, but mine came in almost the same color (pink). Overall, I cannot recommend these crochet hooks. And those "supplements" that come with them aren't worth it. I will return them. I found ANOTHER set of hooks at Revain and I love them! (KOKNIT multicolored aluminum crochet hooks in a set of 12 with a colored handle). They were much better, with a very comfortable grip, smoother metal hooks, and much better quality when the metal went all the way through the grip. Definitely ergonomic! They feel so good in your hand! And there are 3 more hook sizes in the set (you get 12 hooks instead of 9)! Buy KOKNIT instead! You will be much happier!
