The app is simple to use and it's very user friendly! I love that you can set reminders so that when an appointment comes up you know right away. Also, there are different categories for each type of service offered (haircuts/waxing). It makes scheduling appointments much easier with this in mind, especially if you have multiple people working at one time. There is nothing bad about this software as far as features go - but sometimes I wish that certain features were added or modified. This doesn't take too long though because most things work perfectly fine just like they should be. Honestly, I think this is great software considering all the other ones out there are complicated to figure out.
