Review on PHPKB by Tay Tran

I like how easy it was for me as an administrator, or someone who does not have programming experience at all (like myself),to get my website working correctly! It has made our work easier by having everything in one place so we can easily access what ever info/articles are needed without searching through several places trying find them separately online etc.. We also love being able use this software from anywhere around world via internet connection which makes us feel more secure about any issues occurring if something were happen where there would be no way of contacting support directly over email ect... This product could do better when you think things will go wrong but never fear because they offer great customer service!! They always respond quickly even though its during off hours here locally time wise. I like the fact you can change the look of it but not the code. It's very limited in its look. I would love to be able to add more features etc. The whole thing is just limited in what you can do so it makes sense this way. If you do all the work in the back end then you are limiting yourself as well. Using it for our website. It is helping us keep track of everything we need to remember about members.
