I've looked at a few, was skeptical when people talk about cork pulling, but it's actually a no-brainer. It works so great. I used to use a French Press, now I can make a large batch of concentrate that lasts quite a long time. The glass looks a bit fragile, but no problem. We handle it with care. The concentrate filters very well, I used the included paper and reusable together. It's great to assemble a batch, place it on the counter and the next day tilt it slightly, remove the cork and let it steep for the perfect cold drink.
