Unfortunately we had a problem with ours so we couldn't use it but the customer service was top notch so I feel comfortable giving it a higher rating anyway Product does not work as advertised. But I wanted the issue to be known. Our problem was that when the foam hit the air and started to expand, the front ladder didn't fully expand. That made the first step difficult. The rest of the stairs seemed fairly stable, but our cat (fairly large, 22lbs) is very fickle on the surfaces beneath him and the slightest wobble could put him off. I believe other pets' experiences may differ. I spoke to the company and they responded quickly. They identified the potential problem - compressed foam was being produced during the coldest months of January and February - and lowered the compression and used a larger box, which they felt helped. You were very nice.
