I chose Cincom Message Boots because they say they want their customers to be completely satisfied and support their products 100%. I received these new ones in February and was immediately happy with my choice. They really helped me with terrible neuropathic pain in my legs and feet. Sometimes I used 3 or 4 times a day. The best part is that it helped me get out and enjoy the walk again. I had a problem connecting to the mains. and the device must be restarted. As soon as I emailed Cincom, they responded the next day with an offer to send me a new replacement. They sent me new boots and they work great. I am very satisfied with their products at Cincom. and their service and customer care was excellent!
