Not suitable for light therapy. Use
Let me start by saying I didn't buy them for swim protection, I bought them for UV protection. I use UVA light for phototherapy and needed new glasses for it. I wanted something I could wear fog-free because therapy sessions sometimes last over an hour and reading a book or watching a video helps pass the time. Once adjusted, they fit great, but the eye protection isn't as strong as it should be for this type of use.
