Excellent support, prevents light to moderate pronation.
These shoes were recommended to me by an orthopedist who was examining me after severe pain in my ankle and calf (I had a fairly severe pylon fracture in this ankle a few years ago). He noticed that my leg twisted slightly as I walked, which put strain on my tendons. I wore them for almost two weeks straight and the pain completely subsided. These shoes provide excellent support and prevent mild to moderate pronation, allowing the foot to remain stable while walking or running. Highly recommended.
