Excellent support, prevents light to moderate pronation.

These shoes were recommended to me by an orthopedist who was examining me after severe pain in my ankle and calf (I had a fairly severe pylon fracture in this ankle a few years ago). He noticed that my leg twisted slightly as I walked, which put strain on my tendons. I wore them for almost two weeks straight and the pain completely subsided. These shoes provide excellent support and prevent mild to moderate pronation, allowing the foot to remain stable while walking or running. Highlyโ€ฆ

Really wide: Shoes

For the first time from this manufacturer. The shoes are very wide compared to the same width I'm used to from other manufacturers. When it comes to the materials, a lot of plastic is used in the toe and lacing area. To get a good fit I have to pull up that extra width, which creates a really stupid crease in the toe box and leaves me with laces dragging across the floor without being carefully tied. Aside from the fit and a slightly cheap look, the shoe does the trick. Good traction, feelsโ€ฆ

Go with Ascics! - Shoes

These shoes are just terrible. I will not run a marathon, I am looking for support and comfort. They wore no shoes. As you can tell from the date I bought them, I was trying to get used to them or make them more comfortable. This is impossible for shoes, which were probably made during the Torquemada period to torture and kill peasants. I have made a big mistake. Shoes cannot be returned. All right, I ordered the Asics Gel Kayano 25. I'm sitting here, yes, in my chair with the sneakers on myโ€ฆ

Durable stabilizing shoes.

I've been running in the Saucony Omni 14's for a few years now and they have given me enough stability and support. I tried the Omni 15 and was disappointed with the loss of support compared to the 14 and mostly just wore it for riding. So when I couldn't find an Omni 14 in my size anymore, after much research I decided to try the Redeemer ISO 2. It's a big, solid, stable shoe, definitely a step up for more support and stability than the 14. The toe box feels a little smaller than the 14, butโ€ฆ

Excellent stability in overpronation; not very breathable

When I first opened them, I laughed and checked the tag to make sure I hadn't accidentally bought the wide version. This is the widest running shoe I've ever worn and I have a relatively narrow foot so I've always gone for the Saucony. However, once I tried them on and started wearing them everywhere, they felt good. The width makes them feel blocky/stable - definitely not flexible. I still don't use them for non-walking or jogging workouts and sometimes jokingly refer to them as my snowshoesโ€ฆ
