Not for transferring data to hubs

Purchased for my Win 10 laptop which only has 1 USB port. Unfortunately, Windows does not recognize this device and therefore does not recognize any data devices (flash drives/portable drives) that you connect to it. The only useful feature of this item is that it connects to a 1-port charging box, so you can charge 3 devices at the same time, but for much longer than usual.
