Probably the best entry-level DSLR. For me, a huge plus is the small size and weight (I take it on trips, it is always at hand). Adequate price at the moment, comparable to compacts and "cool" soap dishes. Covers all the needs of "home shooting", helps to decide what you want in the future from a more serious camera and whether you need it at all. Pros: Size, weight, normal matrix, ease of use, simple user-friendly menu, price, workmanship. Different cons: There are not enough custom shooting modes, programmable buttons, over time you want to upgrade to more serious models, but they are more expensive and heavier. Sometimes the swivel screen is missing. I would like less noise at high ISO (3200) - sometimes it is also necessary.
