I have rented Makita demo hammers from HomeDepot and am happy with their performance. I started working on a 50-year-old shower demo using a loaner, but quickly realized that it would be more profitable to buy one. Being happy with every Bosch tool I have I figured this would be the way to go. Doesn't matter. Using this tool was almost effortless. It took more effort to tip the leftovers into the buckets. By the way: The tile in the shower was black, as was the cable on the instrument. So now I have 3 feet less cord :(
