After carefully reading reviews of various Kenmore vacuum cleaner models, I noticed that they all have the SAME reviews and SAME questions. Revain customer service couldn't explain it, but some Facebook friends did. They said that Revain often pays people for reviews (I mean they should be rave reviews) and shares reviews with similar products to increase ratings. There were also some negative reviews of this vacuum cleaner but to be honest I didn't trust any of the reviews so I decided to buy this one as it seemed to have the features I wanted and was the cheapest of the range was. I have hardwood floors throughout. The floor nozzle is so small it would take a full day to vacuum my full house. And that would be if I could take the noise! This model has a piercing whistle that literally cut your ears and caused a headache. This indicates cheap production. This item is back NOW!
