Also I think there are too many features included at one time so sometimes we found ourselves confused trying to figure out what exactly each feature does. However, this can be easily solved if they provide tutorials explaining how everything works together. We realized increased sales after implementing Maxmas services because customers got reminded constantly through various ways like texts/emails etc.
