Review on PERCS Evidence Manager by Tim Paolucci

I like that it is very user friendly, easy for anyone who has never used this program before or doesn't have experience with computers in general can use without any problems at first glance! It's not as intuitive when you're new so if your familiarized yourself more thoroughly beforehand then there would be no problem using Percs evidence manager software but otherwise its great because most people are computer illiterates these days anyways haha!! If they make some changes about how things work maybe someone else will get excited too which could bring other users into their fold :).
