Definitely The Truth
All I can say is wow. These things are night and day (pun intended) from my old ones, which for some reason had a white backing. In the picture you can see my old one on the left and this very superior Wontex product on the right. Absolutely no light comes through these things. On the dark picture, the only reason you see so much light is because my Galaxy Note enhances the picture like that. In actuality the room is pitch black and the only light that can be seen is from the red digits on my clock.
