I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these curtains. They seem heavy enough for insulation in winter and also the blackout provides good protection from early morning sunshine when a teenager wants to sleep in! I wasn’t sure about the polyester blend front because it can be a bit shiny but overall they look great in my son’s room. The navy color is gorgeous!

All I can say is wow. These things are night and day (pun intended) from my old ones, which for some reason had a white backing. Really, the photos say it all. One without any curtain, one with curtain pulled, one with curtain pushed aside. All taken mid-day within an hour time frame. I have not steamed them yet, but am sure it will be fine. The material is good.

I've had other blackout curtains that die the first time you wash them, but as these are all material they had no issues. Nice and thick for insulating during the summer months. Will help keep the house cool so the AC will not have to work as hard.Blocks the sun totally from shining into the room and insulates any heat from the window.

I let them run in my dryer with steam refresh on and three dryer sheets for 20 minuets with no results, still many wrinkles. looks like crap, will have to iron them if you care about that sort of thing.

The material is thick and seems good quality but the product clearly says that they are rod pocket curtains and they are not. Super bummed.

Love these curtains. I had order these last year for a bedroom that faced west. Blocked the heat and darken the room. I just recently moved and needed new curtains. So I loved these so much I ordered them again.

Need a totally dark room to not wake up with the sunrise at the butt crack of dawn and these really work! Look at the bottom of the curtain in my photo to see how much lift is actually behind them and not coming through. Have a black backing separate from colored curtain portion and the curtains have a weird almost thin neoprene feel, but there great and a great price.

This product completely blocks out the sunlight. Keep in mind, it cannot stop light from coming from an angle that the curtain does not physically touch. Example: above the curtain rod and on the sides. For this reason, I recommend also purchasing a curtain rod that that wraps around to block light from coming onto the sides.
